This policy covers information collected through our public-facing website, contact forms, lead-magnet downloads, party-request forms, SMS communications, and email correspondence with our team. Information related to medical treatment is covered under our separate clinical privacy practices, which are provided in person at the time of care.
When you submit a contact form, request a consultation, download a guide, request a Boujee Party, or opt in to SMS, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, and any details you share about the treatment you're interested in.
We use PostHog, a first-party analytics service, in a cookieless configuration: analytics stores nothing on your device — no cookies and no local storage — and we do not use session-recording tools. What we see is aggregate, anonymous activity: pages viewed, buttons clicked, device type, approximate region (from your network connection), and how visitors arrive at our site. We never send your name, phone number, or email to analytics, we do not sell or share this data for advertising, and it is used only to understand and improve the website.
The site itself uses a small amount of browser storage for functionality only — for example, remembering during your visit that you already dismissed a popup or completed a quiz. Because our analytics is cookieless, we do not show cookie-consent banners. If you submit an inquiry form, we record with your submission how you found us (for example, the referring site or campaign) along with the consent selections you made — that information travels with your inquiry, not with analytics.
If you opt in to SMS, you'll receive text messages from us at the phone number you provide — which may include appointment reminders, follow-up and aftercare messages, and (if you opt in to marketing) promotional offers and beauty tips. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information (including your phone number and SMS opt-in consent) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell your phone number.

The Boujee Blonde Aesthetics is a cash-pay aesthetic clinic. Most of our services are elective and not billed to insurance, and the website information we collect from you (name, contact details, treatment interest) is not Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA. Information collected during your in-person consultation and treatment is handled in accordance with applicable medical privacy laws and our clinical privacy practices, which we provide at the time of care.
If you're a resident of a state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law (such as California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or Utah), you may have additional rights including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of "sales" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell). To exercise these rights, contact us using the information above. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.
Our website and services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact us and we will delete it.
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, however — please use a strong password for any account you create and contact us promptly if you believe your information has been compromised.
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
