The Boujee Blonde Aesthetics is a cash-pay aesthetic clinic. Most of our services are elective and not billed to insurance, and the website information we collect from you (name, contact details, treatment interest) is not Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA. Information collected during your in-person consultation and treatment is handled in accordance with applicable medical privacy laws and our clinical privacy practices, which we provide at the time of care.
If you're a resident of a state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law (such as California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or Utah), you may have additional rights including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of "sales" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell).
